Bethel A.M.E.C. 101 N. Fourth St. will host its Trustee's Day program at 3 p.m. Aug. 18. Theme is “Work for I am With You.” Special guest speaker will be Rev. First Baptist Church of Corsicana presents The Texas Country Boys at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18 in preparation for their upcoming 10 day evangelistic tour to Ukraine. The group is made up of area music ministers and they are using country music as a platform to draw people to the concerts to share with them the love of Christ. Ukrainians love American Country Music. The concert is free, a love offering will be taken to help defray the expenses of the trip.

Faith Lutheran Church invites everyone to its Sunday school service at 9 a.m. followed by worship at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday. The church is studying Revelations.
