Board Secretary Richard ‘Dick’ Aldama conducted the regular June meeting of the Navarro College Board of Trustees due to the absence of Board Chairman Phil Judson and Vice Chairman ‘Billy’ Todd McGraw. McGraw’s daughter was married June 28.
The Board heard and approved all regular and financial reports.
An update on enrollment was also presented for the Trustee’s information. The college is projected to meet enrollment, revenue and housing goals for the Summer I and Summer II Fall 2019 semester.
College President Dr. Kevin Fegan praised the financial and enrollment services departments as well as public relations and marketing for their continued work and commitment toward achieving the college’s goals.
“It can take time to put these plans into motion and see the rewards. Some of those students we started a relationship with as sophomores,” Fegan said.
