A man wanted on several charges that eluded a law enforcement manhunt on Saturday has been captured.
Mike Cox, Navarro County Chief Deputy, said the suspect was apprehended by a Navarro County Deputy Sunday afternoon about 4:30 p.m. just inside Navarro County near Highway 31.
The suspect was first spotted Saturday afternoon at a residence just inside Hill County and began to flee on foot.
A search for him was called off Saturday night, but officers still kept looking for the man.
Sunday afternoon shortly after 4 p.m., the man was sighted again in Navarro County near the county line. He was caputured shortly after that and turned over to the Hubbard Police Department.
