Rice ISD

Rice Independent School District will hold registration for new students from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 1-3. Students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade will need to enroll on the elementary campus and students in sixth through 12th grades will need to enroll on the high school campus. Please bring your child with you if enrolling pre-kindergarten or kindergarten. This registration is only for students new to the Rice ISD or current students who did not pre-register in May. New students will need to bring a copy of original birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization record, previous year’s report card/transcript, TAKS results and proof of residency. Frost ISD

Registration for students new to the Frost Independent School District will take place daily from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. from Aug. 1-9. Returning students may pick up their class schedules and room assignments on Aug. 10, the first day of school.

Corsicana ISD

Pre-kindergarten registration at Carroll Early Childhood will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. If you have a 4 year old, bring them in to pre-register before the first day of school.

Kindergarten pre-registration is also open at each Corsicana Independent School District campus from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Pre-register your child at their zoned campus before the first day of school.

Blooming Grove Elementary

Blooming Grove Elementary will hold registration for all pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and students new to the district during regular office hours for the remainder of the summer. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays. The office is closed on Fridays. Parents of pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students must bring a birth certificate, immunization record, and social security card for their child when registering. For students that attended school in another district last year, the parents must bring the final student success initiative report or their spring 2006 TAKS report from the previous district. If parents are unable to attend registration at the designated times, it is requested that you call the school at (903) 695-4401 to make arrangements for registration at an alternate time. Students that attended Blooming Grove Elementary during the 2005-2006 school year do not need to register at this time.
