Continuing the celebration of its 75th anniversary, Navarro College hosted its Legacy Parade Tuesday evening in downtown Corsicana. The event honored the history of the college and local businesses and organizations. The parade started on N. Main Street, down W. Sixth Avenue and N. Beaton Street, ending at W. Mall Drive.

A celebration of freedom, faith, and family commemorating the 20th anniversary of Sept. 11 will feature The Texas Country Boys, with Michael Gott. They will perform live Friday and Saturday, Sept. 10 and 11, at the historic Palace Theater in downtown Corsicana.
