Friday night game's at Dawson between the Dawson boys and Valley Mills came to an abrupt halt two minutes into the third quarter when the Valley Mills coaching staff pulled the visiting team off the court and went home. Dawson led at the time 43-33.

Valley Mills had complained several times during the night about the Dawson fans seated behind their bench and asked for a school administrator to monitor the fans, Dawson coach Gary Kay said. Dawson led at halftime 37-33 and scored the first six points. At that point, Valley Mills left the court.

Kay said that an official report will be filed to the UIL to see what the game outcome will be.

Dustin Sanders had scored 14 points and Steven Travis 12 for Dawson when the game was stopped.
